Ornate with large cichlids?

Hello, I am setting up a 7ftx2ftx2ft tropical tank, it will have 2x fx6's and sandy substrate. Basically I want to put a birchir and a line bottom dweller in with my large aggressive cichlids, people on the cichlid forum think an ornate birchir would survive with jaguar and a red terror cichlid. As the it hit experts, what do you think? At the moment everything is still growing the jag Is about 4-5 inches and the terror is yet to be sourced by my lfs, but he do have a 6 inch ornate. I think the bichir will be fine for now, but once they mature, the cichlids could cause the bichir some serious harm. Best chance you have is to grow them all out together.

A lot of aggressive fishes ignore bichirs ime, only fish I ever had harm one was a crazy aggressive pike cichlid I had. I kept jags and Red Devils and buttikoferis with them before without a problem. I say give it a go, it depends on your cichlids in the end, if they decide the bichir poses a threat they'll handle it, if not you're good.
