Ornates are so cute!

i just got a 3 inch ornate and it is so cute! best part is that it's xbelly! anyone knows any other bichirs that have xbellies?

Im guesaing he means it has pigmentation on the belly the way sime endlis do.

My ornate has a pigmented belly.

xbelly as in cross belly. For most ornates, their beautiful spots ends at the bottom of their bodies, to be replaced by a yellowish base colour. cross belly would mean that the spots and black colour goes all the way down, covering the entire body
