Just wondering if anyone has any experience keeping these with arowanas (and gar as well but i'm not too concerned as they are coming in at 8-10")? Can it be done, they are very pretty and i would like to keep one... any thoughts?

for the record no dont try it, i bought a 12" one and either my 12" aro, 6" FRT, Rays or gar destroyed it while i was at work today... RIP little guy!
The shape suggests to me your aro might think he's competition and destroy him. I've tried all sorts of slender silverish fish with my aros with very little luck.
