Oscar And Blue Gourami

I Have an 7 inch Oscar and a 10 and a 1/2 inch clarius catfish in my tank would it be OK if i put a 3-4 inch blue gourami in with these fish or not.

Or would 2 Striped Barb Barbus(Puntius) johorensis which are also 3-5 inches?

that 7 inch Oscar will try to eat anything smaller than itself.

my 6.5 inch O is in with a 2 1/2 inch and a 3 1/2 inch blue gourami, he doesn't mind them at all because he knows they can't compete for food with him, he just watches them attempt to eat his pellets triple the size of their mouths.

Mine doesn't bother anything too small for comp. that isn't a feeder

Try a snakeskin gourami that's already as big as the Oscar.

btw I wouldn't try it if my he hadn't been introduced when my oscar was around 3 or 4 inches
