Hi im new at fish. i have one albino oscar one red tiger and a jack dempsey. they are pretty young and i just started feeding them live food. they are interested but are to slow to catch their foor. is there anything i can do.

Aah no? What ever you do, do not feed them feeder gold fishes. Stick to ghost shrimp and meal worms and night crawlers or crickets...Don't feed them live food every day but maybe 1-2 times a week. I suggest Omega one Cichlid Flakes or Hikari Gold.
get them on pellets forsure.
don't do feeders to often.
maybe every couple of nights just do some frozen foods.
oscars will eat pretty much anything but the right foods are better.
try live worms [squeeze them first], mysis shrimp, and another frozen food.
your oscar is going to grow very quick!

ummm what u do is stop feeding them live food until u can get rosies and dont use it as a staple just a treat. i feed my oscars dead guppies im breeding (dead because they get sucked to the filter cuz they're small
Be careful what you feed them and where you get it... if you think about it, the fish they eat, if infected with something such as ick, could possibly pass it on to the eater. It happened to my oscar once... poor little guy...
