I was out getting some fish with rallysman today and decided to finally pick up a sunshine oscar. I got him home and put him in the 150 with my midas and as soon as the oscar was in there, the midas claimed her. They have only been together a couple of hours and have already dug a little home in the gravel for themselves and keep swimming around with each other. :screwy:

cool bro
nice pick up bro did you get me one?

i am not sure if that is a possible pair but at best it is great to hear that they get along

In Marion.....I think it was Picture Perfect, I will have to check with Levi.

I am excited to be back into oscars. I haven't had any for about 10 years. After seeing Levi's, I had to get back into them. They look great, I will see if I can get a pic posted up tomorrow.

you got to love levi's o's

can't wait to see the pics

LOL.....If it makes you feel better, I was hoping that the oscar would pair up with my lima shovelnose.

That would be intersting. Lima Shovelnose Oscar. Dibs on LSO fry.

glad to hear they're getting along but I'd keep an eye on them. Midas and Rd are notorious for turning on tankmates overnight. also, yeah I highly doubt you'll see any breeding from them but I guess stranger things have happened. Not too likely though imo. :)
