Oscar barely eats: which medication(s) cover ALL IPs?

I'm thinking he/she is more than just spoiled, & want to see if treatment helps.
Cranked the temp up to 87 this week, trying to stimulate appetite and not sure how high is safe.

will metro & prazi cover all IPs?

there's nothing EXternal, he appears fine on the outside ;-)
so I asked about INternal parasite meds.

I had this similar type of situation back then and I used some more salt and the trick worked, I don't know why but it somehow just worked the way I want it to be. May be you should try it. I guess you may get lucky then.

Prazi is safe and effective. PraziPro is easy on the fish try that if you think there might be a problem.

Soak some food in prazi pro. (Assuming it will eat)

Is he acting normally, like swimming about and greeting you? Or is he hiding in a corner? If acting normally, he might have just become bored of the food and you will just have to wait him out.

If he is hiding, I would treat with using an internal parasite medication. I've used Jungle parasite guard (has metro and prazi), and did the maximum amount of treatments. I then followed that with soaking his pellets in Epsom salt solution for 5 days. It's worked for me 3 times with my other cichlids.
