i have a 125 gallon tank, with 1 convict 2 jack Dempsey's 1 Oscar. all the other fish are fighting with him. I can see he is starting to get scars. now he just hides in the comer. I don't know what to do... also they are all small still. any help please

You may have to divide you tank off until they get bigger.. The Oscar will get a lot bigger then the others and a lot faster so they will not pick on him for long.. The JD's and Convicts are mean fish by nature so they will pick on and some times kill other tank mates their size or smaller.... That's what I would do... Good luck..
