my oscar is eating, but he lays at the bottom of the tank with an arched back that he cant move..idk why, anything?? broken back?? hes in a 125 gal

First of all... sweet kicks.... second of all, could be a couple things wrong. Could be a broken swim bladder or Perameters are way off and its killing him slowly. I would check your nitrites, nitrates and ammonia levels.
he looks fine, (oher than the fact that hes on the ground) and hes eating fine, if the water isnt good and i make it better, will my oscar get back to normal? i had another one in their and i think he ws the cause of this, i moved him upstairs to my 175 but their was nothing wrong with him:/
Give us the readings for ammonia, nitrite,ph, and nitrates, that isn't enough for you? You'd be suprised, poor water quality kills more fish thean any diease out there.
