Oscar/Clown Loach Tank Temp

I have been doing research for my oscar and clown loach tank and just wanted to make sure I was keeping my fish at a temp to suit both species.

Based on my research, oscars like 70-82*F and clown loaches would like 78-86*F. i was thinking of a temp of 80*F? Would this be good for my fish?

Also, I noticed oscar like a pH between 7.2 and 7.8, while loaches prefer 6.0 to 7.0. what would be a good pH?

80 should be just fine.

And that oscar pH sounds wrong, most SA's tend to like a neutral to slightly acidic pH just like the clown loaches. They're not sensitive though as they've been pretty extensively domesticated...out of the tap should be fine unless your tapwater is extremely alkaline.
