Does a Tiger Oscar develop his orange or is it determined at birth meaning that he already is as orange as he will get?
 
nope he will develope it as he grows older,,,mine had nothing when i got him,,,now look,,,a before / middle/ now

Diet will help bring out the orange as the fish grows. Foods like krill and high quality cichlid pellets will help. Also clean water and plenty of space helps.
 
Depends. Likely he'll get more orange if fed a varied diet and kept well. :) Some don't get much more, depends what's in their genetics. But it's most likely he will color up.
