Oscar fish disease

My oscar fish has developed a hole in his size and I'm not sure what it is. I have added salt to the water, and tried treating with Metronidazole, neither has helped.
 
Can you post water parameters including Ph?
 
Do a 50% water change add 1 tablespoon of salt per 5 gallons of water and treat with Furan 2. Follow the instructions on the package.
 
Diffacult to say with any degree of accuracy as I'm not familiar with the fish. If it is not a wound and is a sore that devloped on the surface of the fish and has formed this leason my guess would and aeromonas infection. Either way the F2 will get it, just keep it clean.
 
I have an oscar that is being really weird lately. He just sits at the bottom a lot of the time. He hasn't been eating as much as he usually does. When he does start moving around he seems very angry and attacks decorations and the substrate. He keeps injuring himself. Nothing major but a few small cuts every once in a while. I have quite a few smaller cichlids in the tank with him and added a lot of cover for them to hide in. I'm wondering if he is upset because he doesn't have the whole tank to swim around in due to decor. Any ideas on what could be up with him?
