So can anyone tell me the sex between these 2? The tiger Oscar is smaller and beating up my bigger albino Oscar. Are they ready to mate?

sorry no dependable way to sex an oscar tell you see one lay. you can try going by the belly, rounded belly or more of a sunken peanut type belly on mature Oscars. female being more rounded, can try venting them. all you can make is an educated guess.

Venting is a common practice in the cichlid hobby. You just have to be careful. But it does take experienced eyes to tell the difference, even then (it's not generally quite as obvious as what their diagram would lead you to believe).
