I have a albino and non albino tiger oscar's I'm confused to if its breeding aggression or not one have a cone shape by the anus the albino does not bit they've been fine up until today locking lips and albino missing scales

You are describing the egg tube so sounds like spawning behavior.

Do they normally lock lips though during this the one that has the come shape by the anus is picking on the albino that doesnt have it they normally are powerful and swin along side each other sleep together all up until yesterday morning

Yes locking is a display of breeding behavior and head shaking. Have you observed any digging or any of the Oscars moving substrate? Also like to add Cichlids will lip lock when fighting and challenging each other.

No they're normally peaceful with each other now they're back to normal like nothing happened the albino which is the one with out the cone thing by the anus was doing the head shaking/vibrating looking sort of if that makes sense and both are moving substrate more than usual I guess I'm just trying to figure out if I got a Male or female cause I'm no sexting expert I just know one has that cone thing one doesnt
