how do i make my oscar grow faste i bought the OScar Grow but he wont eat it hes only 1-3 inches long

Are you wanting it to grow faster so it doesn't get eaten by the others? If so your best bet will be in a growout tank by itself. Otherwise, just let it grow at a natural rate, as this is healthier anyway.

I found that beef heart once in awhile, blood worms, Mysis shrimp, krill , brine shrimp work really well.... with a good staple of course.

oh yeah and lots of water changes... I still to this day change 2-3 buckets of water 3-4 times a week.... Whenever im bored and have nothing to do,,, ill even change one or 2 buckets.

I bought the nightcrawlers from a corner gas station and fed them to my oscar - went from 3.5" in March to 9" in September. You also will never see a more exuberant oscar than one that sees the white of the styrofoam...

Not sure if it actually was what I was feeding mine at the time but this past summer I fed earthworms for a week at a time. Then for the next week just Hikari pellets with the occasional cricket or krill treat.

(I have reptiles as well so a large stock of crickets is necessary - the oscar gets to eat the injured or dying crickets from the "cricket tank").

oscars grow fast enough!

y would you want them to grow faster?!
