how long will it take for oscar to reach above 1 foot if fed well with lots of room to live and taken up with proper care

I agree, I have two that I got last July, they are now about 10 inches so by this July they should be about a foot long. They grew to 8 inches very quickly, but now have slowed a bit and are putting on some girth now, they should still make it to 12 by around July though.
