I have an Oscar and Texas cichlid rubbing them selves off of decor and such but there's no white spots on them I don't think it's ich I haven't added new fish or changed anything they don't do it constantly but every so often they do I also have a jack Dempsey another Texas and parrot cichlid in with them it's a 6 foot tank my ammonia is 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate at 10-15 ppm is this normal for them to do every so often I haven't seen any other fish in the past that I've kept do this unless there was ich going on in the tank but I don't see any other signs of it
