oscar identification

Can 1" - 1.5" inch long Oscars clearly differentiated. Whether they are Red Oscars/ Red Tiger Oscars or Common Oscars (with brown color stripes). My LFS has small Oscars but they do not have red stripes, more like light brown Stripes. I was wondering whether the red color develops as the Oscar matures. I do not want to rely on LFS word for it. They'll tell me anything to make a sale.

What are the guidelines to identify a baby red oscar?

It is probably a black oscar, Bumblebee oscar, or a red. You need to post picture before making a thread.
