my oscar is about 6inches now and ive had him since he was a baby, about a month after i got him he started laying down it looked like after he ate, now he does it all the time, but when u walk up to the tank he pops right up and is normal again, my water perameters are withn norms and i do water changes reglarly, its a 100 gal tank. is this normal behavior, has anyone else encountered this

my oscar has done that before but never on a consistent basis. maybe try raising the temp a few degrees. i wouldnt be too worried unless he stops eating as usual.
what temperture is the water at? my oscar did this to i just boosted the temp and he seemed fine afterwards.
I'd be a bit worried if one of my oscars (i have 6) "sulked" daily. What are the params, tank mates, etc...?
his tanks mates are green sev, and a pacu, he mostly does this after he eats or a water change, the water temp is at 78, im outa strips to test the perams. but the amonia levels are at 0
