Oscar needs help

Just noticed a pimple like grouth under his bottom jaw, though he had hith not to long ago, since then If done numerous w/c added some Marine salt to the tank, no feeder fish & been adding garlic with pellets / krill, now this? What is this bump? & how can it be treated? Thx in advance,

Looks like Lymphocystis. More or less a fish cold sore. Usually not fatal. No cure, it's a virus. Sometimes goes away on its own.

nothing to worry about, seen more in lutino(sp) Oscars, up in the air as to what causes it. whither rubbing the glass or what ever, just it happens and nothing to worry about.

Thx for your response, just got back into Oscars, been awhile but well worth it, I currently have two juvi O's with great personality, I tried to snap a better photo but he's all over the tank & wouldn't keep still, lol, very rambunctious,,,,
