I have a 7" oscar in a 90 gallon with a 5" Jack Dempsey, 5" Firemouth
and 4" Salvini along with a 9" Pleco. I do 40-50% water changes once a
week and all the levels are zero and nitrate is usually between 25 and 40.
The oscar looks ok is not eating like he used to. Any ideas why? Should I try new food? I feed Hikari Spirulina Pellets and frozen brine shrimp wih spirulina.

no healthy oscar doesn't eat...unless it is sulking. If you did a large water change or upset it by adding something to the tank, it may be sulking

I've had Oscars go on a mini hunger strikes from time to time. If all things are good, he should snap out of it. You could try some new foods to tempt him out of his current mood.

I FEED MINE TETRA STICKS ALSO, ONE DECIDED NOT TO EAT LAST WEEK SO I PUT SOME SHRIMP IN THE TANK NOW NEITHER ONE WILL EAT UNLESS IT'S SHRIMP
GO FIGURE WORSE THAN A SPOILED KID
