Oscar Not Eating As Much

Hello everyone. Everything with my 3 year old Oscar Big Boy has been going great!!! He looks good & swims around his tank which is a 125. The other day I cleaned the filter's & the next day I did a water change. Ever since I did this he hasn't been eating as much. I have done this before and he has been fine. Any idea's?

Nitrates 10
Nitrites 0

Maybe coincidence with the tank maintenance. Would just hold feeding and monitor the poop. If it’s returns to acting normal then a few days without food may stimulate an appetite.
