This oscar needs to be in a better place, his current living condition sucks, he's in a 30g tank with 8 other fish. Read this thread if you want to see just much his life sucks:

About 7" long, is aggressive towards other fish, and needs at least a 55g tank. Please give him a good home, he's been through quite a lot, I'm amazed that he's still alive.
His color is actually a lot darker, I made the photo lighter so you could see his pattern:
