Oscar or choclate cichlid

Hi guys i have a 125 gallon with a red spotted severum, 2 geophagus pelligrini, silver dollars, and 1 synodontis. I was going to add either an oscar or choclate cichlid but cant decide between the 2. Ive kept oscars before and they have tons of personality but ive never kept chocolates. Any opinions?

Here is some collection data for Hypselacara temporalis.
Note the low hardness (total and Carbonate) and the low conductivity.

If it were me, and I had similar water to the above, or if not. this might influence my choice.

I think either would be a personable fish and would likely not clash with your current stock. You can't really beat oscars as far as personality goes though!

Yea that is true love oscars. Ive never kept chocolates before so i don't really have experience with what they are like. People say they have personality and change colors frequently. I might go with the chocolate simply because they generally stay smaller and because i never kept one.
