ok so im finalizing my prospective stock list for my 120g and i was planning on:
carpintis escondido pair
female festae
oscar
BGK
Pink-tail chalceus

iv had oscars before and really like them, they are really outgoing but do get huge and are messy, so i was wondering if i didnt get the oscar what you guys would suggest for last cichlid, was thinking about severum but am def up for your guys suggestions, do you think maybe a gt would be ok or would he be to agressive?

the carpintis pair and female festae will be aggressive anyway

I'll drop the oscar and get 2 servums....

yeah i mean i figured the female festae could hold her own against anything just didnt know about how the carpintis would do with GT, and do you guys think i could have pair of carpintis and pair of severums (having territories on opposite sides of tank) or would two pairs fight too much?

I'd drop half the carpintis pair to lose some aggression and do something like a big salvini. That'd give the festae quite a few targets to disperse her aggression on that could handle it, if need be.

well im pretty set on wanting the carpintis pair i really like them and wouldnt a salvini be kind of small compared to the others?

oh really? everywhere iv read said they only get 6in but thats good to know will keep them in mind then thanks anyone got any other suggestions? would sev pair work, or should i just get one sev OR one GT or what other cichlid would you guys suggest that would work with prospective stock already listed

could a cuban work?
