I have had this baby Oscar for about 3 weeks now. He has been...very interesting. He was by himself, and was eating fine, but was always very timid. He started looking good, so I put him with another Oscar, only about 1/2 an inch larger. He is losing his color now, and has stopped eating. I moved him out again, but he still isn't eating and is pale. He likes to float on a 45 degree angle... so not straight up, and not on his side....

Any suggestions?

how long has it been since you moved him back to the other tank? it sounds like he's just stressed from the double moves. oscars are very moody and when you move them from one tank to another it can take up to a couple of weeks for their behavior to return to normal. I wouldn't be too worried just yet. Give him time to get used to being in the new tank again and he should start behaving normally.
