Oscar Pec. Fin?

Hey guys my little 2-2.5" Oscar is missing about half of his pectoral fin. I dont know why... Im sure it was one of the other Oscars... But the other thing is its kinda white right now. Any suggestions... They are not fighting AT ALL as far as I can tell... They all (4 of them the same size) swim together in a little formation and the pbass do the same right now (also the same size as the Oscars)... Will this fin grow back or will it stay the same? He is eating and swimming around like nothing is wrong, I just noticed it about 30 min ago. Thanks for any help.....

that 220 would do him for life lol but a 400 what eles u putting in there and melafix will work

I'd try to separate it from any fish that might injure it further or stress it out too much as well
