Oscar + Pike tank setup

Hi there,

Currently i have a red tiger oscar and a pike cichlid, currently waiting for new larger tank to arrive hopefully in the next few days.
What sort of set up would you suggest to be good for both species, i had the oscar originally so i had a : Sand base, drift wood, a few rocks and a few artifical plants.

If anyone could advice me on what they think/ know to be best to provide a good balance for both, id be grateful.

sounds like you have a good setup already for them.... similar to my setup (minus the sand) I have a pike with different CA/SA cichlids doing good in that environment.....(pikes like to hide sometimes)
