I noticed today that one of my oscars has some damage to his head right by his eye. I know that sometimes these guys pick on each other but, this looks weird. Can anyone tell me if this is a disease or if its nothing to worry about.

Those are bite marks from another fish. Separate them or he might lose his eye. Its a small fish, they like to attack fast then run away.

The problem there is there is no small fish in his tank. It is only another large oscar.

What are your water parameters and what are you feeding him?

Water Parameters are good except for nitrate gets a little high sometimes. I have been feeding him a mixed diet of superworms, shrimp, blood worms, brine shrimp, black worms, and recently silver side's. Could the silver sides cause him to get stressed and show symptoms of hole in the head disease? Has anyone had any experience with hole in the head disease? If so what actions were taken to subside the affects? Can other types of fish catch this disease from cichlids?:WHOA::cry:

To me this looks like HITH. This can be caused by a few things, but fish can't catch it. Its caused by poor water conditions, poor diet, or secondary infection or illness that weakens the fishes immune system. IMO your case is from water conitions, as oscars are very sensitive to nitrates. I had to deal with this with my ofish about a year ago.
First we should get a better idea of what you nitrates stay at and water change schedule like?
