oscar troubles

my 6 month old oscar looks like it has ich,,, only problem is that he's in a tank with 2 jd's a con and a parrot, but he's the only one with the white spots, i look closer and he has a small hole starting on his head,, my guess is hith, how would i treat him without negativly effecting the rest of the comunity?


i only have the one tank, 55, with 4 power filters and 50% every week,,, water and levels are fine

How big a tank?Nitrate level?How often do you waterchange and how much?If its hith Id figure on doubling the waterchanges for starters

Increase your water changes up the temp and add some salt

Treat with Metradonziole. However you spell it, rasie temp to 82, add some salt and keep in doing 50% water changes.

thanks,, as i said its a 55 with weekly 50% changes,
