my oscar had a fight with pacu and pacu bite his mouth of
his lower jaws cut off and my oscar is not well now

Hey dude, sorry to tell yea, i don't think he's gonna survive, your oscar wont be able to eat and might catch some infection or some fungus..

Don't freeze it you know how bad that'd hurt not only will it suffocate think about the freaking out you'd do if you had a bag over your head then the freezing will grow shards of sharp ice in his cells there's better ways to put a fish down take a sharp knife man up and right in its head or there's oil you can put in a bucket of water even liquor works I've read

I like to use a butcher knife to seperate the head quick, or a bath in ice water and vodka. Lots of high proof vodka.

Unfortunatly the injuries will prove fatal, the oscar as sustained too much damage. As stated above even if it survives, the damage to the jaw will make it impossibile to eat. The most humane thing to do at this point is to put the fish down. Pacu's have a very powerful bite and crush hard shelled nuts that fall into the water in the wild very few fish can survive repeted bites from a pacu. Sorry.
