Oscar with bump on head

I was taking some pictures of the fish and noticed a bump on the head one of the Oscars.
It's right between his eyes and the best I can describe it is it looks like a pimple. He's acting the same as aways playing and bagging for food but he started cleaning the rock and flowerpot yesterday and that was the first time I've seen him do that. Could it just be a bump from him cleaning? It does not seem to bother him at all but it's driving me crazy.
Any idea what it may be? Is there any thing you think might help or should I just stay on top of the water and change 25% daily to see if that clears it up?

He's on the bottom left in this shot the long fin just keep pushing in

probably nuthing might have bumped it really hard

Maybe just a slight deformity. Keep an eye on it though.

If it ruptures be ready to treat with a wide spectrum antibiotic such as furazolodine, tri-sulfa, binox, or a mix of Maracin and Maracin 2.

I had a sev get that a few weeks back it ended up busting open and after about a week I lost her. Dont know how to fix it so ill be watching this one to see how it turns out. goodluck

I would put the recommended dosage of pimafix and melafix, also raise the temp and add aquarium salt if not already present. Better safe than sorry.
