Oscar with Fusco

I'll assume your reffering 2 Haplochromis Fusco. No I would not put them together the oscars are not a very aggressive fish and will get killed IMO.
 
Its not usually recomended due to water parameter differences.

But i've seen lots of people do it anyway. Of course, i dont know what the results where. I've just seen pictures of Oscars with Africans.
 
Fusco is way to agressive. I wouldn't recomend it cause of the water parameters but if you decided to mix one with africans, some of the larger more peaceful haps would work well. Don't do Mbuna or peacocks cause peacocks would get beat up and mbuna would tear up the oscar.
 
I have seen 8 12" oscars kept with a 4" yellow lab, and a 19" marbled pim, the lab fights back, niether get hurt.
