well as it says, one of my oscars has an infection.
he damaged his head tryiong to move rocks a few weeks ago, ive since moved all the rocks but he had like shiney white coloured patches on his head, i worried it was h.i.t.h but my tanks very well filtered with large weekly waterchanges, after doing some big waterchanges and no improvement i took a picture and got a very knowledgeable LFS owner to look at it, he said his jag (which i gave him last year) had it on its side from a cut on rocks. and he told me to salt bath it.
so surely i followed the isntructions
10ltr of water with 4 tablespoons of salt (marine salt not ordinary salt), oscar in for 4-5,minutes, moved him back in. it already looks a little better, im just wondering do i continue doing this? daily? weekly? and how long will it take to clear up
hes perfectly healthy eating and biting my hands and the other oscar is compltely unnafected. anyone have any experience here?
thanks and merry xmas all eläköön
