I want to pick up a peacock bass but i have an Oscar in my tank currently. I know they are both cichlids and my oscar really isn't aggressive at all since hes probably the smallest in my tank next to my red-tail catfish. But if i put a bass in there would i be better off putting 1, 2 or even none until i rehome my oscar. other fish that are in there are
1x jardini
1x gator gar
2x red bellied pacus
1x RTC
1x Pleco
1x Oscar

thank you!

Well if the RTC doesn't eat every one when he gets bigger then Jardini will kill them all at about 8"+. So the Oscar is the least of your problems because they usually get along with PBass.

you must have a huge tank....i really hope you do.....

I have no problems with the jardini or RTC, the RTC is still only like 3 inches. hes tiny. and the jardini so far is small and doesn't annoy anyone. was just worried about the Oscar and the PBass

What size tank? Am I the only one worried about the gator gar killing everything including the RTC?
