Oscar with sore on inner lip

One of my two 6" Oscars has developed a small pink sore on the inside of his lip. there is another, same color and same size right above the other on his
inner upper lip too. Just wondering if anyone knows what has caused that and if its something i should be worried about. My water levels are perfect and other than that my fish are healthy. no signs of the sore on the other Oscar though.

That's the size they start reaching sexual maturity and start with the "rock pushing" and fighting with their driftwood. 3 out of my 5 have a bump on their bottom lip-almost like a callous from shoving things in their tank around. I'm not sure if that's what your Oscar has but it's a thought.
