Anyone ever tried this? I know there will prob be issues with water quality but I was just curious. A tank size recommendation would be nice too thanks!

you mean like teacup chihuahuas? I wouldn't recomend it. the dugs don't like water, and well, Oscars have HUGE appetites.

maybe. not too familiar with rays. didn't even know there was such a thing. I don't know. depends on the oscar. mine would torment anything on the bottom. couldn't keep plecos or crayfish with him. others are more tolerant.
