Well i don't know what to now because my dad decided that he wanted 100 gallon fish tank to be for saltwater. in now my to Oscar I stuck in a 10 gallon tank if you know what I can find a cheap 55 gallon tank it please help me out.

try searching Craigslist you can find lots of great deals there
i would also get a bigger tank than a 55 gallon, get a 75 gallon minimum

Look on Craigslist or see if a petco near you is having a dollar gallon tank sale or see if any one near you has a 55 they don't need.

55 gallons is barley okay for 1 Oscar, i think 75 gallon for 2. if you can't do over 55 gallons it is better than nothing.

If you have to go with 55 gallons or less i would do a 50 breeder. at least they could turn around! but I would really try to do 75+ gallons.

An Oscar in a 55 is cruel. The fish can get 16" where a 55 front to back is only a foot. You need at the very least a 75 if you want to keep them comfortably.
