That combination will not work and the aquarium is too small for both.
Jag can become too aggressive and kill the Oscar.
I agree with Tom, the tank might be a good grow tank for 1 young oscar, or 1 young manganese, but in the end, not really large enough for either. Good size for a couple convicts or a few others from the Cryptoheros/Amatitlania groups.
But to me a 75 gal is only large enough for cichlids that top out at 7.5 inches.

Definitely won't work with both. Tank might be just big enough for the Oscar and convict. Jaguar would need a larger tank even if kept alone.
