oscars and silver aro

I just bought an 9 inch silver arowana for 60$ at my lfs is this a good price? Also i motcice my oscar is like nipping the aro on the side and removed a scale but the oscar is only 3 inches... will this agression stop or will the aro defend its self because ive seen the aros teeth and it could easily defend its self

They should be fine if not remove Oscar. Yeah that's a decent price for the arowana. I've had my arowana with monsters and arowana was fine

How long have u had the aro? Give it time, thats about the size mine started having sime agression.

Ive had the aro since last night today i noticed that they leavr him alone more buy will occasionally nip him bu so far no fin damage i just hope they leave him alone i have gouramis in the tank so idk why they go for the aro instead of the gouramis
