Is this a scrap maybe of some sort? Or an infection? It looks like he scrapped it on something but I wanna make sure.

Looks like an injury - either from a decoration or another fish (perhaps the stingray).
Keep an eye on to make sure it doesn’t get infected.

Possibly from the ray by accident, they hang out with each other all day. Maybe he spooked the ray. Should I treat with anything or just keep an eye out?

I wouldn’t worry about treating unless it starts to look infected (getting worse, white growth, etc.).

Sounds good, yeah doesn't look bad, just going do extra water changes and such
