Oscars & Vitamin C

Hello all!

I haven't had my Oscars very long (~6 months, 1 albino, 2 marbled), but I noticed that they "have an absolute requirement of vitamin C". Mine are fed (mostly) nightcrawlers, along with some cichlid pellets and shrimp pellets.
Hope I'm not missing anything! (Also, even though the albino is now ~8", none of them have shown any aggression or territoriality) - I was concerned about my Convict fry, but none of them ever went near them.

Might want to keep the shrimp pellets and night crawlers as occasional treats here and there and have the Cichlid pellets as a staple. A quality Cichlid pellet should cover all there nutritional needs.

Well there are always nightcrawlers in the tank when feeding (at night) , as my polys and Tire Track Eel have them as a staple. Tire Track literally will not eat anything else, and the polys (and Rope Fish) prefer them to pellets.
