They are paired off I was wondering under what conditions will they reproduce?

they look great, i was gonna post something really similar to this just a second ago. i'v always what the outcome would be between a tiger and a red would be. i was considering doing the same but didnt know if it could work so i'm gonna bump this post untill it gets a response.

If they are a formed pair... giving them their own tank, a healthy diet and clean/fresh water should be enough to get them to spawn...

When a Red Oscar and a Red Tiger Oscars spawn they will have a mix of Red & Red Tiger offspring...
