Yes, assuming the aro is larger than the angels.

silver arowanas are peaceful fish in general. I presently have a 20 inch aro in a 240 gal tank with much smaller tank mates such as a red parrot (3 inches), some catfish (3- inches) and juvi florida / spotted gars at 3-4 inches. No aggression whatsoever.

They will be fine as long as the arowana doesn't see the angels as a source of food.

my big one ate a smaller angel...i have a 9" silver with a palm sized angel and the aro picks on it from time to time...

IMO it'd be more likely to work with Osteoglossum ferrari than O. bichirrosum.

Its not half as confusing as people asking questions about their "aro" with out specifying which of the six possible species of "aro" they have....
