It appears one of the smaller Doradidae to me. Perhaps Hassar orestis aka Black Top Mouse Catfish - http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=39

If it is it, it is rather seldom seen, not super rare though. Again, if it is, I've never kept it. One can check the numerous data/care databases on-line once they know the scientific and the common name.

Looks like opsodoras morei but i cant found avitad ,what to feed how big will get how rare is it
Quite possible http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=682 Those pics are hard and many small Doradidae look alike, and the poorer the pic, the more alike they look :)

If you see little info on PCF, it is a safe bet the fish are rare, unless very recently described by taxonomists.

I think the head and snout shape is wrong for O. niger.
