Other Types of fish for outdoor pond?

Hello, I have an 800 Gl. pond with koi and gold fish and a few mosquito fish in it. I was wondering what other types of fish could you put in a pond? I will also be extending my pond to about 1500 Gl.

Is or will it be heated year round?

unfortunately it will not be heated , I really wish i could do that but i would have to find a way that i could save energy(maybe a solar powered heater would be nice?), but for now it is not heated. Oh and i recently added a male peacock slider turtle.

chinese sailfin suckers, channel cats, and mabey sterlets would work

Check your native fishes. If they survive outside in a lake they should survive in a well maintained pond.

depending on how cold it gets there in the winter. i heard whiteclouds can live down to 50degrees. i know i saw online a pond that was in the midwest some guy had a big pond setup that was mainly dedicated to whiteclouds. dont quote me on it but you might be able to. but other wise theres some need natives out there like top minnows, some killie fish and some smaller speices of sunfish.
