Oto catfish id?

However I reckon its a hypoptopoma gulare or one of the hypoptopoma s. Can we get another picture comrade?
 
Need a photo as I don't know of any genera of oto (hypoptopotaminae) that get to 5.5" and still resemble an ottocinclus. Only ones are pareiorhaphis and they look more like plecs.
