I never posted much about this female otorongo I got about 3 months ago. When she came in she was perfect. She went almost the full 3 months before I ever saw her eat. My wife posted a thread about rays with possible hooks in their gut because of her. I fed everything from blackworms to ghost shrimp and never saw her eat anything. She lost about 3 inches of her perfect tail, curled on 3 different occasions, started to get running spots, and started to deteriorate at the edge of her disk. It wasn't until last week that I noticed her eat some ghost shrimp. Every other food I tried she would actually run from. I covered the tank, left lights off, kept water clean, and even tried to confine her. Nothing worked. Well she is alive and eating atleast ghost shrimp. I just wanted to show some pics of her. Maybe one day I can post some of her back to full health. She is the most stubborn Ray I have ever owned. She lost so much much weight it wasn't funny. She had to of ate something but I don't know what. All the food I put in the tank was left for me to fish out the next morning.
