Otto might be pregnant?

Okay, so i think i might have a pregant otto, either that or an extremely constipated one... Anyway just want to know has any one got any advice on what to do? Do they lay eggs or drop live spawn? Since there doesnt seem like much info online?

Also any one know what they eat? Algae like adults or something else? Will try and get clear pics later... When it comes out of hiding...

They lay eggs. Sounds more like bloat though--they are not the easiest fish to keep. Most are wild caught and tend to acclimate poorly. The ones that make it past a few months usually do quite well though.

In HK most ottos do pretty well... Mine have all been around for around a year... The ones in my 200g have been around 2 years+

but yeah, will try and get some pics when possible...
