Well when i have to feed dwaine (my mbu) i put some dry food in there and then try to hand feed him some prawn, mussle, and lancefish on his meaty feed nights and drop em near him as theres a lot of other nice sized fish in there which pinch his food and on the other day when its his frozen food day, i get a wedge of bloodworm and hold it in the water for him to swim around and eat and a few of my loaches and cichlids eat it, also my flagtail he loves to hand feed. But a few times hes lunged and just missed my fingers and well today i was too busy watching the other and didnt see that he had jumped and bit my little finger! :O clamped hard and quickly let go, didnt bleed strangly. Been bit by bigger and hard, but the hardest bite i think was by a 18" Giant gourami, didnt draw much blood but really clapped down hard! I hope that my african tiger doesnt start biting lol.

at least it wasnt the mbu

yikes heh i was doing something similar but with hatchling turtles, one of my florida red bellied cooter took a nip at my fingers when i was hand feeding my other turtle (guess he was mad that i didnt hand feed him)

Bugger mate, but what's even worse is it didn't draw blood, so there will be no epic pics of a puffer bite? 8(.

Can you feed him again and let him bite you ,then get some pics? 8D

Heres the culprit :D

Got a nice set of chompers on him. We got toad fish over here, which is like our pufferfish, and they can mangle your fishing hook up just by biting it, tuff little bastards.

Bogwood,
Don't mess with the mbu! My 13"er took a clean triangular bite out of the belly of a 6" albino tawain reef. He was at the top waiting for shrimp and the reef had the misfortune to swim directly over him and wham...... Watch those fingers!
